I will never forget calling Lee late on the day prior to a holiday, I was looking for an order one of my orders that was longer overdue. John Lee answered the phone, he had let everyone go home early. I told him he could have someone call me back but he insisted on helping me. He told me would call me back and did in just a few minutes. He had found my order sitting on a shelf and sent it out himself. I really miss doing business with these guys on that level.
