Bench Plate Bolts

The bolts to attach a tool to the plate. They look like carriage bolts with the "dome" ground off. I'm sure they have a name to search on. Any ideas?

Lee Calls them "Hard to find elevator bolts"

Bolt Depot has them;

Lee sells them for a buck a piece. They might charge $18 to ship them though.

I believe these have a square portion of the shank just below the head;

I was taught very early (age 10?) that a stove bolt was a round head, straight thread, normally course thread, with a square portion of the shank below the head, The stove bolts had a smooth head and a square hole it normally used to keep the bolt from turning...
