Go to the "User Control Panel" and look at your "Board Preferences." You are in control of everything. See what your time format selections look like. Here is what my settings look like.
Those setting deliver this.
I have a feeling that "Custom" has been selected in your settings.
The Custom setting would deliver the time using hours and not minutes.
[mod="Ranch Dog"]I went back and looked at the settings' admin side. Somehow I changed the default time setting on registration. Not sure when that happened. You can use these instructions to change it to anything that you like.[/mod]
