A mil surplus collector I occasionally meet and jaw with recommended Wipe Out for soaking out years of metal fouling. I went with electronic cleaning but often wondered how well Wipe Put works. BTW #9 works as a electrolyte solution for electronic cleaning due to it's ammonia content. It is truly amazing just how much gunk you can get out of a 100 year old barrel.
