What I can think of quickly.
The Loadmaster has 5 stations to 4 on the pro 4000.
The loadmastter feeds primers automatically while the pro 4000 needs the safety prime arm to be pushed down to feed a primer.
I use the pro 4000 or the turret more than the loadmaster because I like to have cleaned, polished and primed brass stored and ready to load.

I think it would come down to which number of stations fits your reloading needs; 4, 5 (Load-Master), or 6.

As someone who bought the Pro 4000 a few weeks ago. I would wait for the 6000 and it has almost nothing to do with 6 vs 4 stations. First it appears that the carrier cover on the 6000 is metal again. The 4000 the plastic cover warps and gets messed up, this greatly effects the case feeder which is vital to do any type of bulk. So far I have about 1500 rounds done on the 4000 and it is currently inoperable right now waiting for parts. Why the cover was made out of plastic that feels relatively soft really puzzles me. Frankly I want to move into another press already with how many little plastic parts have been broken or just do not work as smoothly as metal would.

The biggest thing about a 4 station depends on what type of brass your using and what you want in stations. For example the 4 station works just fine for me on 300 blackout brass that is already processed. However when I want to use unprocessed 9mm, I have to run all the brass through 2x. I usually run it through once to decap and prime, then run it again to expand/powder load, bullet drop, seat, and then crimp. With an actual 5-6 station you would be able to do this all in one pass. I personally plan on picking up a dillon for more bulk runs and just keeping the lee set up for 300 blackout in the future for now.

Well, at this point the Loadmaster is legacy and no longer produced. I long to find a shell plate for .38 Special/.357 Mag.

Bill Moore here on the forum was able to set me up with a shell plate. Great person to deal with. This type of interaction is what makes this forum so great!
