New guy in Blue Ridge
Retired and moved to the mountains. Just started reloading this year. Mostly 38 special wadcutters at this point. Plan to start loading 223 and 221 Fireball soon.
I mostly shoot my SW Model 686. Remington XP 100 and Tikka T3. I have lots of other pistols rifles and shotguns but mostly shoot those three. We have a range nearby that my wife and I go to when we are not working on our cabin remodel or fishing. Grand kids are starting to shoot but mostly 22 lr.
Lee single stage press and dies Redding powder scale. Lee second edition, Lyman 49th and Hornady 9th edition manuals.

Welcome. The family would vacation in Montreat, NC back 60 years ago. Is it still as beautiful as it was back then?

Re: New guy in Blue Ridge
What part of the Blue Ridge? I too am retired and live in the Virginia Piedmont (the East foothills of the Blue Ridge. I look out my back window at the Peaks of Otter. The difference is I didn’t have to get ire to the Blue Ridge though, I was raised here and spent most of my career working in the area.
