I was never interested in the #1 rifles, but this... I'm at a point that I need to start getting rid of what I have. I've sold a half dozen rifles this year, done well.

If that Stalking Rifle shoots half as good as it looks, it should be a "Bell Ringer". I'll be interested in hearing your up-coming range reports on its performance on "paper" and game!
BTW, I have a full box of S&B .303 British and almost a full box of Remington of the same caliber (both factory). While I don't have a .303, I took the ammo in on a trade for some other components with the hope of either acquiring an Enfield, or trading into something else. So far neither has occurred.

Looks nice, but I'd want it in something with a little more punch than a 303. Especially since were not flooded with 303 ammo.
But I'm in the same boat and it's time to start getting rid of some rifles.

I like it. The action xhould be pretty strong and I expect reloading some 150 grainers up to 2800 fps should be easy and safe. With a tighter chamber and modern barrel accuracy snd brass life increased.

Have you had a chance, or inclination, to slug the barrel? And, what is the weight? Thanks

No, don't own one and probably won't. I'm not interested in sinking that much in a rifle at this point in my life. I really doubt that they are available yet.Kaiser wrote:Have you had a chance, or inclination, to slug the barrel? And, what is the weight? Thanks
