Finally giving up on Lee ever bringing back the Micro Disk Conversion and looking at two possible replacements.
The long discontinued option:

First is the Custom Cast offering:
http://www.ezorchid.com/CustomCast/CustomCast.htm
Second up is the Titan option:
http://www.titanreloading.com/titan-micro-charge
Those are the only two I'm aware of so if there's others I'm open to suggestions. But what I'm really looking for is reviews on the two listed and even better if anyone has tried both side by side.
And before anyone asks, I have the Adjustable Charge Bar and I just bought the Auto Drum and while I've not used the Auto drum much neither one seems suited for the tiny charges needed for .380 auto and smaller with certain powders. It's already hard enough getting that perfect 2.6 to 2.8 grains of Bullseye for .38 WC loads and getting anything less is near impossible.

I use the one from Titan for the .380 and with TiteGroup every thing from 2.4 grains to 3.2 grains and it worked fine.
Only have the one from Titan.

I would recommend taking a look at the new Lee Auto Drum. It definitely will drop Titegroup accurately at those low drop levels. It's only $35 at Titan.

Re: Custom Cast vs. Titan Micro Charge ???
I got the one from Custom Cast.
As I read from the description, the Titan version is 3D-printed. This would result in a rather rough surface. The Custom Cast version is cast resin, and has a smooth crevice-free surface.
I've never actually tested it, so I can't tell you if it works well or not.

I have the powder baffle from Titan and the bottom side is a rough finish but the top seems to get some kind of final finishing polish to make it smooth. I would assume their Micro Charge gets the same treatment where it's needed.

Mine is smooth in all the right places and the only rough place is on the outside edge where it does not matter.

Re: Custom Cast vs. Titan Micro Charge ???
I have two Lee units and the Custom Cast. No doubt the CC is slick and seems like it should work the best. I also bought the spare powder bar to replace that in my Lee unit.
