TYH at Ranch Dog's

Post by Ranch Dog »

I hosted a Texas Youth Hunting Program hunt on my place this past weekend. Despite temperatures in the 90's resulting in low deer movement, three of the four kids shot does. I was really impressed with the program, the volunteers go through great lengths to introduce these young people to hunting. My hat is off to them!

Out Standing! It appears you don't have time for that old job of your anyway! The handsome young man in the last photo must take after his mom.

Thank You, RD, for your work, time and energy in promoting our shooting interest and sport.

Wow, impressive! Great to see your commitment, and great to see what freedom there is in other parts of the world. Keep going on that way!

That is AWESOME!!!! I try to take/help/mentor as many young hunters/shooters as I can. used to coach a LOT of baseball and have converted over to shooting/hunting/reloading for all the young guys that want to learn the ropes. And with 5 boys of my own, and DILs and GFs that come with them, plus all their buddies, I have plenty of kids to help. It is very near and dear to my heart when I see guys hosting and teaching young kids in the shooting and hunting arts.
