"New" manual.

Post by RBHarter »

I was gifted this today .

It has 215 pages of data for a dizzying array of cats and standards . Who knew there were Soooo many 22s, even data for the 25 souper. 1st edition was 1962 and is of course way past obsolete data no doubt but it is a place to start if you have a safe full of AIs.

Seems like any type of old manual (reloading, or how to manuals on about anything) have a wealth of forgotten knowledge in them.

This particular one is copyrighted 1962 and 4th edition 1967. It is 50 yr old ,but I didn't think 9f it being old ...... the rest of the library is 70s,80s,90s and hopefully I will have the 50th Lyman soon .

I don't think the 49th is obsolete, I skipped it having bought a 48th just 6 months before it came out . This is just a neat old book with some data that can be validated against new data and some that is just ........ wow. 454 Casuall duplex loads for example. Unique and 2400 in LG pistol primer Colts cases......
