Made it to the range today. My wife wanted to take her car so I put the 22 rifle in it and a box of ammo because today was supposed to be mostly a catch up day for me with everybody.

Well when we got there the place was locked up and the keys were home in my vehicle. We went to a friends home 6 miles away, he is also a key holder but we just shot in his back yard, I have shot there before and always had a good time. Because I wasn't going to shoot much I just carried along a box of CCI mini mag to shoot. I couldn't tell where they were hitting when I shot at the 100 yard gong. When I ran out of mini mags I borrowed a box of CCI Stingers from him. They usually struck the 100 yard gong, my guess is the higher velocity put them a little higher. I will put up paper when I go to the range to find out.

Now I'm wanting to get the 45 Colt Henry out and play with. I still have to prove the "See All Open Sight" to myself. There is some fiber optic sights made for a Ruger 1022 that work nice for a fellow on his Henry Big Boy, That will be my next choice.

My Wife did that about 3 weeks ago and was back and blue from her elbow down to her toes. She slid half way down the hill. =(

I fell down between 2nd and 3rd base for no real reason other than a bad combo of loose turface, my blazing speed, and my slightly clumsy genes combined with an altered BAC. I was not in danger of being caught off base nor able to score to I sulked in embarrassment as I slowly walked the last 9' to 3rd.

Calls for a Frag RPG not a Marlin
Would not make an omelette, but plenty of tenderized burger meat, if you could get the frags out.

People are getting stupid with Tannerite. I worked for years in a hospital ER. I saw several persons with minor to very serious injuries due to improperly using tannerite. This results from in closing the tannerite in containers like a refrigerator or and old TV. The resulting shrapnel is as dangerous as any bomb can be. One kid lost his leg below his knee and another had to have brain surgery to remove a piece of circuit board. So be careful when you "get moving" with tannerite.
An ignorant person is one who doesn't know what you have just found out.

When setting a job up for myself it must be Idiot Proof as well, as I am a bigger idiot than most people I know, and I prove it to myself everyday.

30lbs of tannerite vs Ford Bronco
That's some serious stuff.
My range does not allow those tannertie targets that you can pick up at local G-Mountain store.
