Empty the powder measure
I have a lee classic turret with the lee pro auto-disk powder measure with the adjustable charge bar. Unit is working great. Still need to run more powder to get it lubed up. My question is when I pull the holding tank off to put the remain powder back in the bottle, there is quite a bit of powder still sitting on the charge bar. Am I missing a step? I turn the tank off and run several more charges to get the remaining powder, but I can't get it all.

That is how it is done. Depending on the cavity you are using, it can take more throws than you would think. I run it until I get an empty case.scotland wrote:I turn the tank off and run several more charges to get the remaining powder, but I can't get it all.

Yeah... I guess that is the only solution. Still lose a little, but that little adds up especially for reloading.
